Basically whilst I was visiting Thailand to spend time with family in Bangkok over Christmas I decided to have a little side adventure by myself. I am 78 and carry a walking stick these days. I like to cruise so I booked myself a cruise on the "SS Pullman G" moored at Pattaya, deliberately going nowhere The cruise was everything expected I was able to unwind and relax and give the family a break and was plied with good company, comfortable accommodations and good food as required. I choose the Lanai suites with direct access to one of the 3 x 25 metre pools adjacent.

This was an amazing stay, never been Thailand was located in the old town where it’s a short 10 minute walk from a local strip of bars and restaurants and if you wanted a drink or club you can get a cheap taxi to walking street

Spent 18 days at pullman G Pattaya, had a great experience also spent last year there aswell. The hotel is amazing right on the beach, breakfast every morning on the water. We always had Leo mong and Peter down there looking after us, thanks boys can't wait to see you guys again. To the cleaners cleaning the rooms amazing and kind. To the staff at reception very kind and sweet. Security guards were always help carrying my dad back to his room after he had a few drinks, Thanks guys. The gardener's were kind aswell and the gardens were beautiful. All the staff in the kitchen and serving thanks so much for your beautiful food and amazing service.The bar staff amazing coctails. Your country is amazing, and thai people are kind and beautiful, always helpful. I think the staff is what makes the pullman such a great place to stay. See everyone next year, and thanks for an amazing stay in Thailand. Lots of love from Australia

The breakfast caters for all tastes and we were treated to the International Seafood Buffet on the Saturday night that provided the highest level of quality and freshness, as well as superb sea views from the Beach Club.

The location on the beach is nice, the view from the room was superb and the room itself was spacious and relaxing. The lounge access makes the experience a lot better.

Staff nice and facilities good. Hotel is right on private beach and hotel provides you with fresh beach towels every day.

The hotel is situated right on the beach and the breakfast restaurant has a lovely open seating area so that you can enjoy the beach breeze and view. Breakfast buffet selection was good. There are two large pools by the beach and a good beach bar and restaurant serving all day long. Our rooms were on the tenth floor with a good view of the sea. The gym is a decent size with several machines and free weights. Free shuttle to Terminal 21 shopping Center every hour.

The beach/pool area is gorgeous. Such a lovely spot, and the service on the beach was good. Breakfast was fantastic and the outdoor deck dining area overlooking the beach was beautiful. The location of the hotel is convenient for transport and short walking distance from 7eleven which was great. The kids indoor area has a cinema, several play areas for different ages all practically located beside the gym.
